Returns

If you need to return an item, please review the following terms:

  • Return Window: Customers may return their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, products must be unopenedunused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Notification Requirement: You must notify us in advance of your intention to return an item. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted. When you do so, please provide the order number and reason for return.
  • Please make sure that your order number is clearly stated on the return so that your order can be identified and checked-in at the warehouse.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Refund Approval: All refunds are issued at the discretion of the company. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a full or partial refund will be issued using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the claim does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • UK Delivery: Delivery within the UK is usually 24 or 48 hours, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • International Delivery: We ship to the following locations: UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and Singapore. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local courier services.
  • Duties & Taxes: For most international orders, duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. Exceptions:
    Certain orders may be subject to customs handling fees applied by local authorities. These fees:
    • Are payable by the customer
    • Are non-refundable
  • Delays: While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs processing or courier disruptions).
